The following Code of Conduct governs all military personnel of the Kingdom Realm of Arcadia. These rules are binding in peacetime and wartime, and are enforced by the Royal Military Authority under the command of His Lordship the Lord High King of Arcadia.
Article I – Duty and Allegiance
All soldiers shall swear unwavering allegiance to the Lord High King.
No soldier shall obey any command that contravenes Arcadian law or royal authority.
Article II – Conduct in Service
Respect and discipline must be maintained at all times between all ranks.
Orders must be executed precisely unless they are unlawful.
Negligence, insubordination, and cowardice shall be punishable offenses.
Article III – Rules of Engagement
Military personnel shall not initiate hostilities except under lawful command.
Prisoners of war are to be treated humanely and reported promptly.
Non-combatants must never be targeted or harmed.
Article IV – Intelligence and Secrecy
All classified military intelligence shall be guarded with utmost vigilance.
Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive operations is treason and shall be punished accordingly.
Article V – Oaths and Violations
All military members are bound by the Arcadian Military Oath.
Violations of this Code shall result in tribunal hearings and disciplinary action, including imprisonment, discharge, or execution.
This document is hereby sanctioned by the Royal Authority of the Kingdom Realm of Arcadia. Obedience to this Code is not optional—it is sacred duty.
