Whereas the digital realm has become an extension of national territory, and;
Whereas the websites, databases, and portals of the Kingdom of Arcadia require full protection as sovereign domains;
Be it therefore enacted in defense of digital independence:
1. Digital Territorial Recognition:
All Crown-operated digital assets shall be treated as sovereign land under Arcadian jurisdiction and protection.
2. Criminalization of Digital Trespass:
Unauthorized access, modification, or defacement of Arcadian digital infrastructure shall be prosecuted as espionage or treason.
3. Establishment of the Office of Digital Dominion:
A royal office is hereby formed to monitor, secure, and retaliate against digital threats or cyber intrusions.
4. Extraterritorial Enforcement:
Digital crimes committed from foreign soil shall be subject to prosecution in absentia and retaliatory measures as deemed appropriate by the Crown.

Whereas the identity of the Arcadian people is sacred and shall not be diluted by foreign influence or irreverent distortion, and;
Whereas the preservation of symbols, language, and historical truth is essential to national unity;
Be it therefore enacted as a declaration of cultural sanctity:
1. Creation of the Ministry of Cultural Sanctity:
A Ministry is hereby established with authority to investigate, confiscate, and destroy materials hostile to Arcadian culture.
2. Protection of National Symbols:
Unauthorized parody or alteration of the Royal Anthem, Crest, or Oath of Allegiance is a punishable offense.
3. Banning of Foreign Lexicons:
The use of Gheetan phrases or foreign-imperial terminology in any public or official capacity is strictly forbidden.
4. Penalties for Cultural Offense:
Offenders shall be subject to public censure, fines, imprisonment, or exile depending on severity.

Act of Arcadian War Powers
Whereas the Crown must possess the ability to defend the Realm by any and all means, and;
Whereas sovereign war powers must not be hindered by bureaucracy or foreign treaties in times of peril;
Be it therefore enacted under Royal Writ:
1. Authority to Declare War:
The High King shall alone possess the lawful authority to declare war against any foreign or domestic entity.
2. Wartime Executive Powers:
The High King may impose martial law, nationalize assets, enforce conscription, and deploy classified weapons as required.
3. Treaty Suspension:
Any and all treaties may be suspended or revoked during wartime by royal decree.
4. Allied Mobilization:
The High King may summon allies, including protectorates, to joint defense or coordinated aggression without consultation.
5. Irrevocability:
These powers shall remain in effect until war is formally declared concluded by the Crown.

Whereas the defense of the Realm from treachery, subversion, and external manipulation is a sacred duty of the Crown, and;
Whereas the peace and stability of the Kingdom of Arcadia are threatened by espionage and sedition;
Be it therefore enacted as a measure of sovereign vigilance:
1. Establishment of the AOIV:
The Arcadian Office of Internal Vigilance (AOIV) is hereby established, operating solely under the command of the High King.
2. Surveillance Authority:
The AOIV shall possess the right to monitor, investigate, and detain all persons suspected of disloyalty to the Crown.
3. Emergency Detainment Powers:
Individuals may be held without trial for a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty days under Royal Writ.
4. National Threat Prioritization:
Surveillance shall prioritize Gheetan sympathizers, returning exiles, and digital subversives.
5. Legal Immunity of the AOIV:
No civil or criminal action may be brought against the AOIV or its agents acting in lawful execution of their duties.

Act of Royal Dignity and Insult Prevention
Whereas the dignity of the Crown is the embodiment of Arcadian unity, identity, and lawful authority, and;
Whereas verbal or symbolic insult against the High King or national emblems constitutes a grave danger to the order of the Realm, and;
Whereas foreign and domestic elements have sought to undermine the Crown through mockery and provocation;
Be it therefore enacted, by the Will of the Sovereign and in defense of the Kingdom of Arcadia:
1. Criminalization of Royal Insult:
Any verbal, written, or symbolic insult directed toward the High King, the Crown, or royal symbols is hereby declared a criminal offense of the highest degree.
2. Penalties for Insult:
Those found guilty shall be liable to permanent exile, imprisonment of no less than ten years, or capital punishment where the insult endangers the state.
3. Protection of Sacred Symbols:
The Arcadian Crest, Anthem, Royal Seal, and Oath of Allegiance shall be protected against distortion, parody, or unauthorized reproduction under penalty of law.
4. Jurisdiction:
All matters arising under this Act shall be adjudicated exclusively by the Sovereign Tribunal of Arcadia.
5. Final Authority:
No justification based on satire, art, or humor shall be admissible. The dignity of the Crown is absolute.

Act of Sovereign Restoration
Whereas the Kingdom Realm of Arcadia has entered into a state of total sovereign separation from the Great Gheetan Empire, and;
Whereas the Treaty of Eternal Union has been nullified by repeated violations committed by the Gheetan authorities, and;
Whereas the authority of the High King has been suppressed, altered, or encumbered through foreign interference, imperial decrees, and illegitimate jurisdictional claims;
Be it therefore enacted, by the authority of the Crown and the Will of the Arcadian Realm:
1. Repeal of Imperial Authority:
All legal authority, recognition, privilege, and jurisdiction granted to the Great Gheetan Empire... is hereby revoked and extinguished in full.
2. Dissolution of External Appointments:
Any regents, officials, or representatives appointed, endorsed, or installed by the Gheetan Empire... are immediately removed of all position and privilege within the Kingdom Realm of Arcadia.
3. Restoration of Pre-Treaty Powers:
All executive, legislative, judicial, and ceremonial powers held by the High King of Arcadia prior to the signing of the Treaty of Eternal Union are hereby fully restored...
4. Supremacy of the Arcadian Crown:
The High King shall serve henceforth as the sole lawful sovereign of the Arcadian Realm. No foreign court... shall hold legal effect without the High King’s explicit and independent ratification.
5. Enforcement and Finality:
This Act shall take immediate and irreversible effect upon publication. It may not be repealed... by any document, power, or pressure external to the Arcadian Crown and People.

Arcadian Heraldry Act of 2025
Let it be proclaimed, for all noble houses, cities, and loyal citizens of the Kingdom of Arcadia, that the sacred traditions of heraldry, armory, and symbolic regalia are henceforth formally regulated and enshrined in law by royal statute. The symbols of Arcadia—its coats of arms, blazons, banners, sigils, and ceremonial crests—are solemn representations of lineage, dignity, and allegiance to the realm and the Crown. As such, these symbols shall fall under the watch and governance of the High Council, who shall oversee their use, authorization, and lawful bearing in accordance with the honor of the Kingdom. No individual, house, guild, or institution shall bear or adopt heraldic insignia without warrant from the Crown or recognition by the High Council. The unauthorized use, falsification, or misappropriation of heraldic symbols shall be considered an offense against the dignity and sovereignty of the realm. In cases of significant abuse, such an act may constitute treason or high treason, and may be punished accordingly— including banishment, forfeiture, imprisonment, or death, as justice demands. The Royal Emblem of Arcadia, as depicted above, shall remain the sovereign symbol of the kingdom, representing its unity, legacy, and the enduring authority of its monarchy. Its use is strictly protected and reserved to those offices and persons granted permission by the High King or the High Council. Let this Act take full and immediate effect throughout all provinces and dominions of the Kingdom of Arcadia.
Arcadia Royal Blade Act of 2025
Let it be declared by royal statute, under the seal and authority of His Lordship, the Left-Honorable Lord High King of Arcadia, that the blade known by ancient name as Sting, presently held in the royal armory and borne at state occasion by the High King’s own hand, is henceforth recognized as an object of sovereign distinction and national heritage. The sword Sting is hereby established as Royal Property of the Crown of Arcadia, inseparable from the dignity and authority of the High King’s Office. Possession of the blade shall not, in itself, confer the title or privileges of the High King, nor imply lawful succession thereto. Rather, it shall serve as a symbolic extension of the royal office, its bearer acting only with such authority as has been granted by law, custom, or royal command. The presence of Sting shall signify the Crown’s enduring legacy and the sovereign unity of Arcadia, regardless of who bears it. Be it further enacted that any act of theft, unauthorized handling, concealment, damage, defilement, or destruction of the sword Sting shall be deemed a high act of treason against the Crown. Such an offense shall be tried under the laws of royal justice and punished to the fullest extent permitted by Arcadian and Imperial law. This Act shalll take full effect as of this Nineteenth Day of April, in the Year of Our Sovereign Lord 2025.
Arcadian Treason Act of 2025
Proclaimed on the Nineteenth Day of April, in the Year of Union Two Thousand and Twenty-Five This Act is established for the recognition, definition, and punishment of treason in all its forms, as committed within the lands and jurisdictions of the Kingdom of Arcadia. Three degrees of treason shall be recognized by the Crown: treason, high treason, and imperial treason. Treason shall encompass acts of disloyalty or betrayal against the governance of Arcadia, including sedition, espionage, unlawful rebellion, or willful obstruction of royal authority. High treason shall mean any crime directly against the Crown or the person and dignity of the Lord High King, such as attempted regicide, usurpation, or leading insurrection. Imperial treason, distinct in kind, refers to offenses that endanger the unity or integrity of the Eternal Union and the standing of Arcadia within it; such cases shall be referred to the Emperor and the Imperial Court for determination and judgment. The High King and the Emperor may each, within their own domains, declare acts to be treasonous, and such definitions shall hold the force of law. Punishments for treason may include imprisonment, banishment, seizure of property, fines of grave weight, or death, in accordance with the severity of the act and judgment passed. High treason shall bear the heaviest penalties under Arcadian law, while imperial treason, once declared, shall fall under the direct jurisdiction of the Empire. All penalties may be mitigated or pardoned only by the Crown or, where appropriate, by imperial grace. Let this Act be recorded and upheld throughout all territories and dominions of Arcadia, and be made known to all subjects, officers, and courts as a matter of solemn law. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its proclamation.
Arcadian Flag Act of 2025
Let it be known to all citizens, provinces, and representatives of the Kingdom of Arcadia, that the national flag of Arcadia, as depicted above, is hereby established as the sole and sovereign standard of the realm. The flag, bearing a noble cross argent upon a field of purple, with five crimson stars representing the unity and eternal vigilance of the realm, shall stand as the highest symbol of Arcadian identity, honor, and loyalty. It shall fly above all state buildings, diplomatic missions, ships of the realm, and military standards, and shall be displayed at all official ceremonies of the Crown and government. Any desecration, defacement, unauthorized alteration, or misuse of the Arcadian flag shall be deemed an act of disrespect against the Kingdom and its people. Such offenses may, depending on the nature and intent, constitute treason or high treason, and shall be punishable in accordance with the laws of the realm. The High Council shall be charged with ensuring the dignity of the national flag is upheld, and shall issue directives concerning its proper display, usage, and custody throughout the kingdom and abroad.
